Primary Purpose of this Position:

The Procurement Analyst will lead the development, implementation and training on Policies, Procedures to the global procurement team. Support the global procurement daily operation by leading KPIs, SRM, BCP, etc.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Develop policies and procedures to global procurement team, understanding/capturing the differences among the regions;
  • Map all the process flow from global procurement, aligning with other departments involved. Identify and work on process improvements;
  • Organize and Execute the training and skills program for the procurement organization;
  • Execution of the global supplier diversity program;
  • Track and report metrics from global procurement teams (KPIs and Savings);
  • Responsible for managing procurement technology (Cirtuo, etc) and associated master data (Taxonomy, Supplier Information);
  • Implement governance process;
  • Coordinate and lead global meetings, if required;
  • Coordinate Global Town Halls;
  • Support any audit need (SOX, internal audit report, action plan tracking, etc).


What are we looking for?

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Management, Category Management, Supply Chain Management.
  • Desirable MBA on Process Management.
  • English Advanced/Fluent (writing and speaking).
  • Spanish desirable.
  • Current principles, practices and methods, pertaining to Procurement global business improvement systems and their adaptation to regional contexts.
  • Lean Office Tools.
  • Analytics and market research methods.
  • Procurement technology.
